NINE TO FIVE STUDIO

Toronto small business website guide

What does a small business website cost in Toronto?

The honest answer depends on what the website must do. A one-page service website and a custom booking platform are different projects. Here is exactly what our fixed-price option buys—and what it does not.

Our one-page package: CAD 599 + HST

For a service business that needs customers to understand an offer and make contact, Nine To Five Studio builds one English-language page. The price includes mobile and desktop layouts, a booking or inquiry call-to-action, basic page title and search description, one revision round, public launch, and handover. It is the finished website, not just a preview.

Payment and timing

We ask for 50% to start and 50% after approval. Once we receive your complete, approved business details, images, and booking or contact link, we provide a clickable preview within 48 hours. Public launch follows your approval and access to your domain or hosting; provider and DNS timing may vary.

What could cost extra?

When is a one-page website enough?

It can be a good starting point if you sell a small number of clear services, serve a defined area, and mainly need people to call, email, or use an existing booking link. It is less suitable if you need a large catalogue, checkout, accounts, or many location-specific pages. See our one-page website decision guide.

How should you compare quotes?

Ask whether the price includes a live public site, domain connection, revisions, mobile layout, and ownership handover. Check who pays for recurring tools. A quick preview is not the same as an unconditional launch deadline. A website also needs distribution; it does not automatically bring inquiries.

Want a clear scope before paying?

Tell us what you offer, who you serve, your current website if any, and how customers should contact you. We will send a short page outline and tell you whether this package fits. There is no obligation after the outline.
